We offer a home-delivery option to customer who purchases their vehicle through our website or through our Fidus Dealer using our online assistance systems and/or website. If you avail of our home delivery option, then our scooters will be delivered to you through our shipping partners once the document verification and registration process are completed.
The shipping rates will be included with the purchase cost of the vehicle. The shipping rates will vary depending on your location and the same will be informed to you by Fidus Scooters before shipping your purchase. The shipping rates will depend on which mode of delivery you opt for and is applicable to the “Home Delivery” option and the “Fidus Dealer pickup” option.
The shipping costs will be indicated to you either by the Fidus Dealer or through our website during checkout (if the Home Delivery or Fidus Dealer pickup option has been selected).
We currently only ship to locations within Delhi NCR
Your vehicle will be shipped to you within 5 days of successful vehicle registration if you have chosen the home delivery option. You can always choose to pick up your vehicles directly from a Fidus dealer or our Fidus Scooters’ head office, in which case the shipping amount will be refunded to you.
